Authorized distribution, warranty, returns, shipping, and ordering — answered.

Is Robotberry an authorized Unitree distributor, and are the robots genuine?

Yes. Robotberry is an authorized US distributor of Unitree Robotics robots, operated by Lightberry Inc. Every unit is genuine, sourced through authorized channels, serial-tracked, and ships from within the United States. Documentation of authorized distribution and source of goods is available on request for institutional and high-value orders.

Who provides the warranty, and how does support work?

Hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Unitree Robotics, under its own terms. Robotberry is your US point of contact: we register coverage, file and coordinate claims, and provide US-based support. The interactive packages we install are supported and warranted by Robotberry directly.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, sealed units may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a restocking fee; original shipping is non-refundable. Complete robotic systems that have been powered on or unsealed are handled through the warranty and support process rather than a return.

Can I cancel a pre-order, and are deposits refundable?

Pre-order deposits are fully refundable any time before the unit ships. Standard orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment.

How and where do you ship?

In-stock units ship from the US in 1–2 business days. Larger units ship by freight, which takes a little longer. Please inspect your shipment on delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt before signing.

How does payment work for a high-value order?

Prices are in US dollars. For high-value or configured orders we issue a formal quote with the exact configuration, price, and lead time, and may accept payment by bank wire with the balance due before the unit ships.

How do I order, or speak with someone first?
