About Robotberry
Robotberry is the authorized United States distributor of Unitree humanoid and quadruped robots, operated by Lightberry Inc in San Francisco, California.
Who we are
Robotberry sells genuine Unitree robots in the United States. We offer the full Unitree range of humanoid and quadruped platforms, and we install interactive software packages that let these robots talk, see, and engage with people. Every robot ships from within the United States. Every robot is backed by the manufacturer warranty from Unitree Robotics and by our own support team.
Our parent company, Lightberry
Robotberry is built and operated by Lightberry Inc. Lightberry is a robotics software company and a Y Combinator company. Its office and warehouse are in San Francisco, California. Lightberry develops the interactive software that runs on the robots we sell, and Robotberry is the storefront where you order those robots in the United States. You can learn more about the company at lightberry.com.
What we sell
We sell the full range of Unitree robots. This includes humanoid platforms such as the G1, the H2, and the R1, and quadruped platforms such as the Go2, the B2, and the A2. You can buy a robot as it ships from Unitree Robotics, or you can add a Robotberry interactive package. An interactive package adds conversation, recognition, and engagement, so the robot is ready to work with people on the day it arrives.
You can configure a robot, choose trims, hands, compute, and accessories, and see pricing. You can also browse the full lineup or read about our interactive packages.
Where we operate and ship from
Our office and warehouse are in San Francisco, California. Orders ship from within the United States, and larger units ship by freight.
Warranty and support
Unitree Robotics provides the hardware warranty under its own terms. Robotberry provides support from within the United States and helps you file any warranty claim. The interactive packages we install are warranted by Robotberry. Sealed and unopened units can be returned within 14 days, subject to inspection and a restocking fee. Once a unit has been opened or powered on, we handle it through warranty and support rather than a return. Pre-order deposits are fully refundable at any time before the unit ships.
